Born in 1982, Caroline Andrieu is a French artist and illustrator based in Paris. Trained in graphic design at the Ateliers de Sèvres and at EPSAA, she spent over a decade working as a graphic designer and art director in the press at Condé Nast publications (Vogue Paris, GQ France, Glamour). She now devotes herself to drawing and printmaking. Her work, combining portraiture and botanical motifs in colored pencil, ink, or watercolor, has been published in numerous titles in France and internationally. Alongside commissioned projects, she has in recent years explored various printmaking techniques — drypoint, burin engraving, and lithography — to cultivate a more personal and intimate expression. Her current practice, between drawing and the printed image, explores the connections between nature, memory, and representation.

Née en 1982, Caroline Andrieu est une artiste et dessinatrice française basée à Paris. Formée en arts graphiques à l’Atelier de Sèvres puis à l’EPSAA, elle a travaillé plus de dix ans comme graphiste et directrice artistique dans la presse, au sein des publications Condé Nast (Vogue Paris, GQ France, Glamour). Elle se consacre désormais au dessin et à l’estampe. Son travail, mêlant portraits et motifs botaniques au crayon, à l’encre ou à l’aquarelle, a été publié dans de nombreux titres en France et à l’international. En parallèle de ses commandes, elle explore depuis quelques années différentes techniques d’estampe — gravure (pointe sèche, burin) et lithographie — afin de nourrir une écriture plus intime et singulière. Sa recherche actuelle, entre dessin et image imprimée, interroge les liens entre nature, mémoire et représentation.
